Selma Rahman

Selma Rahman has extensive experience in employee experience and engagement, primarily with PostNL since February 2017, where roles have included Lead Employee Experience & Engagement, Program Manager Bezetting MailNL, Specialist Learning & Development, Agile Coach, and Management Trainee in the Young Executive Programme. Responsibilities have spanned recruitment at a high volume, event coordination for young professionals, and involvement in graduate recruitment. Prior to this, Selma worked as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Amsterdam and held traineeships at Shell, focusing on social investment and community development projects. Selma holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam.
