Selma Rahman has extensive experience in employee experience and engagement, primarily with PostNL since February 2017, where roles have included Lead Employee Experience & Engagement, Program Manager Bezetting MailNL, Specialist Learning & Development, Agile Coach, and Management Trainee in the Young Executive Programme.
