Shubham Singh

Shubham Singh is a Digital Solution Consultant at PostNL since March 2024, specializing in Conversational AI, with responsibilities including chatbot migration and technical ownership of new solutions. Previously, Shubham served as a Solution Consultant at UbiOps, where technical support and product demonstrations were key tasks. Prior to that, a role as Technical Sales Consultant at Fizyr focused on analyzing customer needs and managing POC projects. Shubham's experience also includes a Marketing Intelligence Analyst position at Universiteit Maastricht and various roles during academic tenure, such as Influencer at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. A seasoned software engineer, Shubham has developed Mixed Reality products at Trimble Inc. and participated in events as a delegate for sustainability and innovation. Educationally, Shubham holds a Master's degree in International Business with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram.
