Vincent Baas is an experienced innovation lead currently positioned at PostNL Innovatie Studio since July 2022, focusing on driving innovative solutions within PostNL. Prior to this role, Vincent served as a service designer at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from June 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing employee experiences through digital solutions, user research, and prototyping.
