Johan Lövblad

Johan Lövblad has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Johan started their career in 2010 as a Motion Designer Intern at It's Showtime, where they worked on TV commercials and gained experience in post-production. Johan then moved on to DDB Paris as a Motion Designer Intern, where they focused on case study videos, infomercials, and banner production.

In 2011, Johan worked as a Production Manager Freelance at Lowe Brindfors, handling client and production house contacts, time scheduling, and reporting. Johan also worked as a Freelance Producer at Perfect Fools, a creative agency, where they managed project planning, client contact, and reported to the managing director.

From 2011 to 2013, Johan worked as a Producer at From Stockholm With Love AB, a digital studio, where they were responsible for project and resource planning, budgeting, client contact, and bidding. Johan also reported directly to the CEO.

In 2013, Johan joined Lowe Brindfors again, this time as a Freelance Producer, before transitioning to C2 Brand Implementation, an integrated production company. At C2 Brand Implementation, they worked as a Producer, focusing on producing powerful visual content in collaboration with creative agencies and brands.

From 2016 to 2018, Johan worked as an Executive Producer at Castle Bravo, an innovation and creative tech bureau. During this time, they utilized technology to create innovative solutions and focused on fast release and scaling up.

In 2018, Johan joined Graviz Labs as a Software Development Project Manager, where they managed software development projects before joining PostNord in 2020. At PostNord, they assumed the role of Product Owner/Team Lead for the SysOps team. Johan'sresponsibilities included leading and coordinating the team to ensure the operation and availability of digital services. Johan specialized in cloud services, incident management, and ensuring high performance and user experience. Additionally, they were appointed as the Data Protection Coordinator to ensure compliance with data protection laws and policies within the unit.

Johan Lövblad attended Hyper Island from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Business Management. From 2009 to 2010, they continued their education at Hyper Island, specializing in Motion Graphics Design. Prior to that, they pursued advanced vocational training in International Salesmanship at Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007. Johan received their Gymnasieexamen in Social Sciences and Economics from Lugnet Gymnasiet in 2004. In addition, they obtained certifications in SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2020, and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
