Lars Jørgensen

Lars Jørgensen is a Vice President of Transformation with over 25 years of experience in HR and internal communication, including 20 years at both tactical and strategic levels. They have been responsible for HR development, collective agreements, personnel law, and managing comprehensive transformation efforts at PostNord Denmark. Lars is driven by business results and views HR as a key competitive factor. They hold a Master's degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Southern Denmark, along with a certification in Human Resource Development from the Leadership Academy.
