Anand Kamat

Anand Kamat is the Co-Founder and CEO of PostQode, an Agentic AI platform focused on testing and quality automation. They previously served as Managing Partner at Brane Enterprises Pvt Ltd (2019–2025), where they led a large team to develop enterprise AI solutions on NSL and helped secure 40+ deployments and 80+ Accelerated Solution Centers. Earlier in their career, they were Head of Products at Phenom People (2018–2019), and before that held product leadership roles at Microsoft (2007–2018) as Principal Director of Product Management and Group Program Manager. They earned a BE from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (1992), completed a Senior Management Program at IIM Calcutta (2010), and earned a Certificate in Organizational Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2018).
