Daisy Z. began their career in 2017 as an Accounts Payable | Warranty with Penske Buick GMC, Chevrolet, and Cadillac Buick GMC. Later that year, they took on the role of Ecommerce | Fraud Prevention & CS with Windsor Fashions, where they were responsible for daily review and management of potential fraud orders. In 2018, Daisy joined Shopify as a Customer Success Advisor, providing ecommerce and POS consulting and strategy to SMBs, hosting in-person educational business workshops, and building community via events, mastermind groups, and social media. Daisy also served as Spaces Community Manager - Education, creating and hosting virtual educational webinars, workshops, and events, partnering with external organizations to provide business education in conferences, panels, radio segments, webinars, and social events in English and Spanish, and building and managing community through dedicated Slack group (2,000+), newsletter (10,000+), and Facebook page. In 2021, Daisy joined Postscript as Manager of Customer Onboarding, later becoming Customer Onboarding Manager and Customer Onboarding Specialist. In this role, they launched and scaled onboarding program for Growth, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Shopify stores to fuel product adoption and immediate growth resulting in MRR increase under contracts. Daisy also actively contributed to deep collaboration among sales, product, marketing and education teams in order to create a seamless onboarding experience, and developed and maintained deep expertise in product, services, and of the marketing technology domain, including industry trends, compliance/regulatory considerations and trendsetters.

Daisy Z. has an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Long Beach City College and has taken courses in Environmental Science (Pre-Med) at Santa Monica College. Daisy has also obtained two certifications in 2021: a SMS Marketing Certification from Postscript and a Product Certification from Klaviyo.
