Gavin Foster

Gavin Foster has a long history of experience in the engineering field. In 2020, they joined Postscript as an Engineering Manager, forming and leading the Messaging Platform and Text-to-Buy teams. Gavin created T2B's roadmap and collaborated with Product to establish Messaging Platform vision and roadmap. Gavin was also responsible for the reliability, performance and extensibility of the message sending. Additionally, they established and founded the frontend team, introducing a set of technologies and best practices to improve developer experience and output. In 2017, they joined Knack HQ as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Full Stack Engineer at CO+LAB Digital from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they built and maintained custom content management systems and web applications for various businesses. Gavin also collaborated with stakeholders to determine requirements and success metrics, and lead the effort to create an enterprise messaging platform for a healthcare organization to keep employees connected.

Gavin Foster graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Printmaking.
