Kara Morin has been working in the professional world since 2013. Kara started as a Resident Advisor and Professor Assistant at Westmont College. In 2014, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Community Presbyterian Counseling Center and as a Teacher/Translator at HOPE International. From 2015-2021, they were the Director of Marketing at RAREFORM, where they were responsible for overseeing all paid marketing channels, customer experience, owned media channels, planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing public relations, co-planning inventory, and managing content creators and photoshoots. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Postscript.

Kara Morin attended Westmont College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish, with a minor in Psychology. In 2021, they attended UCLA Extension to study Organizational Leadership.
