Senior Director, Customer Success at Postscript

Lottie Hedden has held a variety of roles in the customer success field. Lottie began their career in 2013 as an Investment Group Intern at Rice, Heard, & Bigelow. In 2014, they joined FactSet as a Client Consultant, and was promoted to New Hire Consulting Manager and then Client Solutions Development Manager. In 2019, they moved to Drift as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and was promoted to Team Lead, Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Postscript as Director of Customer Success and was promoted to Senior Director.

Lottie Hedden graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Political Science.
