Matthew Santo has worked for three companies in the past three years. In 2021, they began working for Postscript as a Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market and then moved to an Account Executive role. From 2018-2021, they worked for Datadog as a Commercial Account Executive and then as a Business Development Representative. In 2018, they also worked for Softworld as a Technical Recruiter.

Matthew Santo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Westfield State University. In August 2020, they also became Datadog Demo Certified from Datadog.
