Maya Ling

Maya Ling has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as Client Strategist, Messaging and Business Development at Postscript since 2021. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder of Simmer & Bloom, an herbal bakery and lifestyle brand, from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they were responsible for production, sales, customer experience, and development for the direct-to-consumer and wholesale business. From 2019 to 2021, they were also a Senior Member of the Student Advisory Council at the Tang Teaching Museum at Skidmore College. In this role, they curated an exhibition, coordinated and advertised an annual marketplace, and advised the museum on advancement and community engagement. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Gallery Assistant at Schick Art Gallery, where they assisted in the set up and take down of gallery shows, greeted visitors, maintained the gallery space, and managed social media accounts. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they were a Buyer and Set Dresser at Local 52 IATSE.

Maya Ling completed their high school diploma at Fairfield Warde High School from 2012 to 2016. Maya then attended Skidmore College from 2016 to 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree in English. In 2018, they completed a Study Abroad program in England at Advanced Studies in England - Bath, UK. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Mediation Matters in 2017, StateFoodSafety in 2020, and Postscript.
