Technical Support Specialist

Nicholas Chan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Nicholas started their career in 2005 with the City of Lomita as a Recreation Leader 2, where they gained experience in organizing recreational activities. In 2011, they worked as a Para-Educator for the Torrance Unified School District, providing support in an educational setting.

Chan then transitioned to the healthcare field, working as a Recreation Therapist for the College Medical Center from 2011 to 2018. In this role, they facilitated therapeutic recreation activities for patients.

In 2019, Chan joined LiveVox as an Associate Technical Support Engineer and later progressed to the roles of Customer Support Representative, Technical Support Engineer 1, and Technical Support Engineer 2. During their time at LiveVox, they provided technical assistance to customers and resolved their issues.

In 2022, Chan joined Gem as a Technical Support Engineer, utilizing their technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries. Nicholas then moved on to Postscript in 2023, where they currently work as a Technical Support Specialist.

Throughout their work experience, Nicholas Chan has developed strong technical support skills and gained valuable experience in customer service and support, as well as in the fields of education and healthcare.

Nicholas Chan received a BA degree in Recreation from California State University, Long Beach, starting in 2005 and completing in 2010. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Computer Programming/Programmer, General from UC Berkeley Extension.
