Shannon Doering has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011 as a Counselor at Westminster Woods Camp and Conference Center. In 2012, they worked as a Mail Service Work Study Student at Linfield College. In 2013, they were a Youth Intern at Village Presbyterian Church. In 2014, they were a Group Counselor at Roughing It Day Camp. In 2015, they were a 5k Intern at Yamhill County Gospel Rescue Mission. In 2016, they were a Communications Director at SAM Inc. In 2017, they were an Interim Co-Director of Youth Ministries at HILLSIDE COVENANT CHURCH WALNUT CREEK CA. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Director of Customer Experience and then a Customer Experience Manager at Parker Clay. Currently, they are a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Postscript.

Shannon Doering attended Campolindo High School from 2007 to 2011. Shannon then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Linfield University, which they completed in 2015. Shannon also holds a certification in CPR and First Aid.
