Simone Vermette has over 28 years of professional work experience. Simone began their career in 1992 as a Restaurant Manager at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport. In 1993, they moved to the Lenox Hotel, Back Bay, where they also held the position of Restaurant Manager. In 1996, they became the Customer Service Manager at Bowne. In 2009, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Gently Loved Baby, where they conceptualized and opened a children’s clothing consignment shop, hired and trained six employees, and launched e-mail, direct mail, and online marketing campaigns. In 2015, they began working at DharmaCrafts as the Customer Care and Social Media Coordinator, where they developed strategies to increase the company’s web and social media presence, designed and launched social media campaigns, and developed content for the company’s blog. In 2019, they joined Privy as the Manager of Customer Success, Sr Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to Repeat as the Manager of Customer Success. Finally, in 2022, they joined Postscript as the Senior Customer Success Manager and Rockerbox as the Customer Solutions Manager.
Simone Vermette attended Gardner High School and then went on to receive an HRTA in Restaurant Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
