In 2006, they became the Operations Manager and Clinic Administrator for Massage Envy, where they tracked growth on a daily basis and built KPI reports to examine market product demands and customer trends, cut down payroll costs by 20%, and increased net profit by $15,000 in sales each year. In 2020, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Project Manager for FightWithLights.com, focusing on strategies to gain new customers and increase sales, resulting in $300k sales in the first 3 months.
