Carmel Ruttledge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, particularly in neurodiversity, leadership, and community development. Currently serving as a Neurodiversity Coach at Posturite Ltd, iDiversity, and Genius Within CIC, Carmel specializes in supporting adults with neurodiverse conditions. Additionally, Carmel provides coaching to community leaders through the School for Social Entrepreneurs and has held roles as a Leadership and Management Coach in private practice and with Queen Bee Coaching, where services are offered to women aspiring to leadership roles.
