Emma Wee has extensive experience in the arts and neurodiversity coaching, serving in various roles since the early 2000s. As CEO of the Creative Arts Schools Trust from 2009 to 2018, Emma led global creative learning initiatives. Emma also coordinated art therapy projects for communities affected by Hurricane Irma and worked as a designer and trainer for organizations like Turtle Key Arts and the Royal Opera House. Currently, Emma serves as Course Facilitator at the Future London Academy, Project Lead at Creative Circle, and Owner of Percaya Consulting, providing tailored support for neurodiverse individuals and organizations. Emma's educational background includes a BA in English Literature and Sculpture from Liverpool Hope University and a BTEC in Design and Applied Arts from Lincoln College of Art and Design.
