David Pearson

David Pearson holds a diverse background in finance and investment banking, currently serving as Audit Committee Chair and Board Member at Magnite and Potbelly Sandwich Works since 2022, as well as a Board Member at Lee Enterprises since 2020. As the Owner and Chief Mechanic of The Dually Group, LLC since 2019, Pearson previously held significant roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Vonage, where a transition to enterprise cloud communications was achieved through strategic acquisitions. Pearson’s earlier career includes leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, specializing in the media and telecom sectors during a substantial tenure across Europe. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Organizational Behavior from Brown University.
