Jolynn Nelson

Jolynn Nelson, PhD, has extensive experience in franchise management and consultancy, currently serving as a Franchise Business Consultant and previously as a District Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works since December 2018. Prior roles include Senior Franchise Director at Crest Foods, Inc., Franchise Director at Dickey's Barbecue Pit, and Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. Jolynn's career began as a District Manager at Kangaroo Express, following a role as a Field Consultant at 7-Eleven. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in the same field from Northcentral University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
