Kathryn Andreae

Kathryn Andreae currently serves as the Senior Director and Assistant Controller at Potbelly Sandwich Works, a role assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, Kathryn held the position of Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager at Smithfield Foods from June 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing accounting policies compliant with US GAAP and IFRS, as well as assisting with the financial impact of accounting decisions. Kathryn's prior experience at KPMG from June 2013 to June 2018 encompassed roles as an intern and Senior Associate in Deal Advisory, focusing on transitioning clients to new accounting standards and conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Kathryn holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Virginia.
