Ken Fuller

Ken Fuller has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Training Deployment at Potbelly Sandwich Works since September 2005. In this role, Ken collaborates with the management and Senior Leadership teams to develop and manage a training budget. Previously, Ken held the position of Zone Training Manager, coordinating new shop openings and training teams, as well as General Manager, overseeing a unit volume of approximately $1.5 million. Prior to joining Potbelly, Ken worked at La Madeleine from June 1998 to September 2005, where responsibilities included developing training materials and facilitating large group classes. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver.
