Michael Bitterman

Michael Bitterman is an experienced general manager currently leading operations at Potbelly Sandwich Works since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michael served in various capacities at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. from August 2007 to October 2019, including operating partner, assistant operating partner, and sous chef. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a mechanical drafter at Cadbitt Design Inc. from August 1999 to July 2008. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from Macomb Community College and an Associate's degree in General Studies from the same institution, in addition to educational experience at Oakland University from 2002 to 2007.
