Ginger E.

Ginger E. has a strong background in corporate law and renewable energy. Ginger started their career as a Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges in 2013, where they gained experience in transactional work. In 2015, they joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a Corporate Associate, working on various high-profile deals including the acquisition of SquareTrade by The Allstate Corporation. Ginger continued to excel in the legal field and became a Senior Legal Counsel at Potentia Renewables Inc. in 2018. Recently, they were promoted to the position of Deputy General Counsel in June 2021. Throughout their career, Ginger E. has demonstrated their expertise in corporate law and their commitment to the renewable energy sector.

Ginger E. has pursued higher education in various prestigious institutions. Ginger attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they completed their Honors Business Administration degree. Additionally, they obtained a Business and Technology Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from The Wharton School. Prior to this, Ginger attended the Toronto French School and earned an International Baccalaureate (Bilingual) degree. Ginger continued their education at the University of Toronto, graduating with a JD/MBA from both the Faculty of Law and the Rotman School of Management. Ginger also holds two certifications as a Member of the New York State Bar, granted by the New York State Board of Law Examiners, and as a Member of the Ontario Bar, awarded by the Law Society of Ontario.
