Norbert Morawetz

Potential.ly was founded by Dr Norbert Morawetz, Associate Prof in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Learning at Henley Business School. With a passion for learning and teaching, Norbert has a track record of developing innovative education technology including team learning software Team-Match, collaboration software Cuppla and Potential.ly. He is the author of the pi Personality Indicator, which has helped over 100,000 people increase their self awareness and guide their personal development. As an academic, Norbert has been awarded the National Enterprise Educator of the Year Award by the UK Higher Education Academy, recognising his innovation in entrepreneurship teaching.
