Trevor Bezzina

Trevor Bezzina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship across various sectors. Currently serving as the COO of Potential.ly since 2014, Trevor oversees a platform that enables university, college, and corporate partners to upskill thousands of individuals daily. As a co-founder of Classof2020, a social impact e-learning initiative launched in 2020 to support graduates amid pandemic-related challenges, Trevor demonstrates a commitment to facilitating future employment opportunities. In addition, Trevor founded Jobshape in 2016, providing data-driven hiring insights that enhance candidate-job fit. Previous roles include Product Owner at Brand Unique, Consultant at SNTalent, and Co-creator and VP Marketing for the BiCE Cleantech Summits. Trevor’s early career includes positions as an Account Manager at WCN and Digital Services Manager at the Scout Association. With an MBA from Esade and another in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, Trevor Bezzina combines a strong educational background with dynamic professional expertise.
