Celia Pipó

Celia Pipó has extensive experience as an Executive Business Partner at BDU Espacios de Valor since March 2018, focusing on eco-responsible landscape-led play solutions that enhance community engagement. In addition, Celia serves as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at Potential Project, emphasizing creating a more human-centered work environment. Celia's previous roles at Microsoft from November 1997 to May 2016 included various positions in product planning, partner engagement, and program management, where insights into consumer behavior and technology adoption were pivotal. Currently involved with the Reial Club Marítim de Barcelona as a Board Member, Celia's educational background includes advanced studies in Organizational Leadership at Esade and training in coaching and mindfulness.
