Robert Stembridge

Robert Stembridge is a Senior Equity Partner at Potential Project since November 2017, contributing to a global organization that enhances focus, performance, effectiveness, resilience, and compassion for over 600 companies across 28 countries. Prior to this, Robert held multiple leadership roles at Accenture from April 1997 to October 2017, including Technology Lead for Financial Services Nordic and Managing Director, where responsibilities included the transition and delivery lead for a major Nordic bank and the transformation of R&D delivery for a global telecommunications client. Robert also served as EALA Application Services Mobilization Lead, overseeing transitions across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Educational achievements include a Certificate in High Performance Boards from IMD in 2018 and a degree from the University of Southampton, 1996, following time at Solihull School.
