We are running our first Project: Growth‑Reflection‑Direction Project (GRDP), a hybrid model that combines AI-driven interest mapping, structured reflective journaling and human coaching to help young people:
+ explore their identity;
+ recognise their strengths and;
+ define a meaningful long‑term direction - all while encouraging independent growth beyond predefined labels and rigid assessments.
