Lindsay Downing

Lindsay Downing is a strategic management subject matter expert with more than 10 years of experience reviewing, designing, and executing improvements to organizational structures by finding knowledge/skill gaps and recommending innovative ways to address them. Her success as a consultant supporting numerous Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customers made for an easy transition into her role as PotomacWave’s Chief of Staff (COS). As COS, Lindsay builds and develops relationships with all employees to increase efficiency, promote knowledge sharing, and enhance operations. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Lindsay helps define new operational strategies and leads special projects that drive synergy across the organization. Lindsay’s proudest accomplishments include launching the PotomacWave Academy and PotomacWave’s mentorship program, “Building the BOLD.” Lindsay looks forward to providing opportunities for PotomacWave’s workforce to build new skills and learn from one another. Lindsay has a BSBA in Accounting from Appalachian State University and is a certified PMP.
