Michelle Points

Michelle Points is PotomacWave’s Director of Business and Technology, DOS, has more than 20 years of program management experience working with the DOS, the Department of Defense (DoD), and DHS in IT Governance, Portfolio Management, and Research and Development (R&D). She leads multi-functional teams in applying best practices in governance, performance management, requirements development, risk management, knowledge management, budget planning/execution, strategy development, strategic communication, and reporting to support IT, R&D, and operator capability development programs. Michelle holds a B.A. in International Trade from Auburn University and is certified as both a PMP and as a SAFe 4 Government Practitioner (SGP).
