Ben Dibble

Ben Dibble is currently the Sales Operations Manager at MarketSpark, Inc., a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Head of Business Development and a Project Manager at Blackburn Energy, Inc. In 2018, Ben completed an internship in Organization Development at Year Up, where they focused on improving organizational communication and diversity efforts. They also interned at the Enough Project, contributing to policy analysis and research related to conflict zones in Africa.
