Jeff Gower

Jeff Gower is the CEO of POTSReplacement.com, a website that helps people find replacement parts for their broken or outdated phone systems. Prior to POTSReplacement.com, Jeff was the CEO of Trux, Inc., a B2B two-sided marketplace and mobility platform solutions company that modernized and transformed the construction industry. Under Jeff’s leadership, Trux launched a digital enterprise platform and marketplace to match the trucking demand from material producers and contractors with the supply of dump truck drivers and fleets. When Jeff found Trux, it was unfunded, had significant debt, and generated ~$250K in GMV with a dozen drivers near Boston. Trux was acquired in March 2020, thanks to its new technology platform, sound financing, and $150M GMV run rate across 30 states and over 55 active metros.

Prior to their time at Trux, Jeff was the Executive Vice President of Product Sales & Services at Samsung Electronics from July 2014 to June 2017. In this role, Jeff oversaw product sales and services for Samsung’s North American operations. Before Samsung, Jeff served as the President of North America at Brightstar from January 2010 to September 2014. In this role, Jeff was responsible for Brightstar’s North American operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and finance. Prior to their time in North America, Jeff was the President/Founder of Brightstar’s APAC Region from September 2004 to October 2009. In this role, Jeff founded and ran Brightstar’s APAC Region, overseeing all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations.

Jeff Gower has a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Union College. Jeff also has certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Developing and Managing a Successful Technology and Product Strategy and Managing the Extended supply Chain: Beyond Productivity and Efficiency.
