An international non-profit network providing socially responsible assistance to pottery groups and individuals currently involved in appropriate ceramic technologies. Through the affiliation with Potters For Peace PWB is involved in the research of Ceramic Water Filter technology as part of a solution to waterborne disease.
PWB provides support for field technicians responding to direct requests to develop filter manufacturing facilities overseas and technical training as well as consulting services and facilitate research, development, and commercial application of technology in the field of ceramics in developing countries. PWB is committed to an open source philosophy, all publications are available to any interested parties.
