In the 1950’s our family patriarch Arthur Julia began developing a small country auction house that quickly developed into a popular Maine auctioneering firm. Arthur Julia’s sons & daughters contributed to the family business’ success and some branched out with their own auction and antique firms. Today this family of auctioneers has been responsible for over $400 MILLION in firearm auction sales and an extraordinary number of world records. Before my grandfather Arthur Julia passed early 2017 he shared his immense pride and awe in the growth and success of the companies that his family owned and operated.
