In March 2009, partners R. Lance Bennett, P.E. and Jamie T. Poulos, P.E., LEED A.P. perceived the need for a company that, while armed with the experience and expertise to develop sound land development projects, also fosters a culture of service in which all team members take ownership in the success of every client.

In order to serve our clients well, the Poulos & Bennett team makes it a priority to remain current on civil engineering, water resources and land development related regulations, policy and legislation. Staying connected with local, state, and nationally elected officials is also important.
