Mark Dodds

Mark Dodds is a seasoned Fabric Technologist and Sustainability Consultant with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Since August 2011, Mark has worked as a self-employed consultant, providing expertise in fabric sourcing, technical strategies, and sustainability for various fashion brands. Current roles include Materials Manager for Vollebak, where Mark oversees material sourcing and supplier relationships, and Materials, Impact and Lifecycle Manager at L'Estrange London, focusing on low-impact materials and lifecycle analysis. Additional consulting roles include Compliance and Impact Consultant for Rohan Designs Ltd. and Fabric Technologist for Pour Moi Ltd. Mark also shares knowledge as a sessional lecturer and mentor at leading institutions such as the London College of Fashion and Ravensbourne University London. With a strong academic background in textile management from the University of Leeds, Mark continues to contribute to the industry's sustainable practices through consulting and education.
