Poushe is a family-run Strudel Manufaktur rooted in Bulgarian tradition and built across Switzerland and Germany. What began as a small family idea has grown into a cross-border craft business with locations in Zürich, Luzern, the Waffenplatz quarter, and Munich, supported by our production facility near Stuttgart.

We specialise in handmade strudels and pastries, prepared fresh every day, using simple, honest ingredients and methods that respect the original recipes we grew up with. Alongside our signature strudels, we create salads, cakes, cookies, truffles, cinnamon buns, and barista-style coffees. Every product is made in small batches, with the same care and consistency that define who we are.

Poushe combines tradition with modern operations: we manage our logistics in-house, work closely with trusted suppliers, and keep improving our processes as we grow. But at the heart of everything is the same belief we had on day one, that good food should feel warm, familiar, and personal.
