POW Athletics is a youth development organization based in the Inland Empire, California. We deliver athletic development and mental performance training through school partnerships, community clinics, leagues, and camps — serving kids who need it most.

Our approach goes beyond traditional sports programming. We integrate cognitive development, character education, and physical training into every session, building the whole person — physically, cognitively, and emotionally.

What we do:
- ELOP and afterschool sports programming for K-12 school districts
- Community sports clinics and leagues (basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, pickleball)
- Mental performance and wellness education for youth athletes
- Staff development and coaching training

We currently partner with school districts across Riverside and San Bernardino counties, reaching hundreds of students through structured programming rooted in our development-first philosophy.

POW Athletics is a program of POW Enterprises, Inc. Our nonprofit arm, The Power of Water Foundation (501(c)(3)), supports scholarship access and community impact initiatives.
