Rob Phillips is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Powder Mountain since March 2025, Rob leads the strategic vision and operational execution of the resort’s technology framework. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Vail Resorts from December 2014 to March 2025, including Group Manager of Information Technology, where leadership was provided to IT Field teams across multiple ski resorts and national park lodging operations. Rob's earlier career includes roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Vail Resorts, where responsibilities encompassed IT management, guest technology planning, and network administration. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida State University, obtained in 2005.
