Manuel Garcia

Manuel Garcia is the Co-Founder & CEO of PowDevs, a company that provides low-cost teams to customers for detailed, tested, developed, and documented work. Manuel is also the Founder of Rivka Development, a company focused on creating World-Class software, and the Co-Founder of My Blue Sofa, a social marketplace for home-related items. Manuel holds degrees in Economics and Finance from Universidad de Sonora.
