Mark Smith

Mark Smith is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience, including more than 15 years in the energy industry and prior work in auditing and consulting. They served as Chief Financial Officer at Helmerich & Payne, where they managed global financial operations and played a pivotal role in significant acquisitions. Currently, Mark serves as a Senior Advisor for Helmerich & Payne and holds board positions at Forum Energy Technologies and Powell, as well as being an advisory board member at Pickering Energy Partners. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and earned both a BBA and an MBA from Baylor University.
