Maël Julienne

North America Support Leader at Powell Software

Maël Julienne began their work experience in February 2019 as a Digital Transformation Officer at Expertime. In February 2020, they transitioned to become a Back-end Developer at Powell Software. In August 2020, Maël took on the role of Technical Support Engineer at Powell Software, where they worked until May 2022. Maël then assumed the position of Support Engineer Lead for North America at Powell Software starting in January 2022, which is their current role.

Maël Julienne obtained a Master of Engineering in Business Intelligence from ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique, which they completed between 2017 and 2020. In 2019, they also earned a Diploma in Business Intelligence from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Additionally, in May 2023, they obtained a certification in Essential New Skills in Customer Support from LinkedIn.
