Joe Bowen

Joe Bowen is a seasoned operations executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Powell since July 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Plant Manager at Aludyne, overseeing the acquisition of the Shiloh facility in Alma, MI, for a brief period in 2021. Joe's extensive experience includes significant roles at Shiloh Industries, where responsibilities included Plant Manager and Engineering Manager from August 2013 to April 2021. Previous positions also encompass Engineering Manager and CAE-CAD Specialist at Contech Castings LLC, as well as a range of engineering roles at Contech US LLC and SPX Contech, where Joe gained expertise as a Sigma Black Belt and Manufacturing Engineer. Joe Bowen earned a degree from Central Michigan University between 2000 and 2003.
