Kara Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of substance use disorder and mental health services. Currently serving as the Clinical Director at POWER (Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery) since July 2019, Kara Hall has previously held the position of Director of Substance Use Disorder Services at Holy Family Institute from 2010 to 2019, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and departmental management. Earlier in the career, Kara Hall worked as a Therapist at Gateway Rehabilitation Center from 2005 to 2010, facilitating therapy sessions, and held counseling roles at Deerfield Behavioral Health and Civigenics, Inc. Kara Hall possesses a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from PennWest Edinboro.
