Condition Monitoring:

We design and build monitoring systems that can track almost any parameter of any manufacturing machine.  Our systems can track cycle-counts, run-time, idle-time and alert personnel of when a machine faults out and shuts down.  Besides just capturing this information, the systems we build can also create and send managers of a company daily reports on the information captured via email, straight to their smart phones.  One more thing, we do not require that our customers purchase licenses to use our software.  When we design and build one of these systems for your company, the system purchased is yours, outright.
