Ken Gorman

Senior Vice President at Power Construction

Ken Gorman is the chief executive officer of Power Wellness Management and senior vice president of Power Construction Company. Ken founded Power Wellness in 1996 to help healthcare systems and universities plan, develop and manage medical fitness centers. With 35+ managed centers nationwide and over 2,800 team members, Power Wellness is the largest management company serving the medical fitness industry. During his 25 years with Power Construction Company, Ken was responsible for helping grow their healthcare and higher education portfolio and launching the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Department.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Ken graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in finance and real estate development. He has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization since 2010 and serves on the boards of Power, Power Wellness Management, Gorman Family Holdings, and WINGS (Women in Need Growing Stronger). Ken has served on numerous professional and charitable boards including the College of DuPage Foundation, Good Shepherd Hospital Development Council, Illinois Facilities Fund, Roosevelt School of Real Estate, and Harper College Foundation.
