Power Generation Nuclear Services (PGNS) delivers nuclear services and AI-powered operations to the U.S. operating fleet.
We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2020. We provide planning, work management, procedure development, corrective action scoping, engineering-to-construction transition, and project scheduling services to operating nuclear utilities and OEMs.
Our PANDAS platform — Planning and Nuclear Digital Asset Suite — is a multi-tool agentic system that runs concurrent autonomous workflows and produces complete, plant-ready nuclear work products. Work orders, procedures, schedules, corrective action scopes, and engineering-to-construction traceability. PANDAS produces the work product. It does not assist a planner in producing it.
PANDAS has received full IT and cybersecurity approvals at multiple major utilities and OEMs covering 40+ reactor units. Active pilot deployments are running with approved plant data across the fleet.
Our team has run nuclear plants, written the procedures, executed the work orders, and sat through the corrective action reviews. The tools we build are the tools we needed when we were doing the work. We deploy them with our own people, inside operating plants, on real scopes.
PGNS supports current operations across the existing U.S. nuclear fleet and is positioned to support new build, SMR, and advanced reactor programs as they come online.
