Our mission is to help Ukrainian refugees integrate into the Swiss labor market through personalized mentorship and professional development.

Since June 2022, we have been delivering a 1:1 volunteer-driven mentoring programme as our core initiative, complemented by a series of webinars and information sessions, co-created with local specialists.

Power Hub Zug helps participants build confidence, strengthen job-search skills, and better navigate the Swiss labour market.

Our impact to date:
- 411 mentees guided
- 316 volunteer mentors engaged

Measured outcomes:
- Job-search confidence increased from 41% to 79%
- 92% mentor experience-sharing satisfaction score
- 23% employment success rate (per Wave 8)

🤝 We are open to collaboration with partners who believe in inclusive access to work. Please get in touch with us: info@powerhubzug.ch
