Eric Verity

Eric Verity has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Eric is currently the VP/ Sr. Director of Finance at Power Integrations, where they are responsible for Treasury, SOX, SEC reporting, FP&A, banking relationships, debt fundraising, and all finance/accounting activities. Prior to this, they served as the Internal CFO at Trimble Navigation Ltd., CFO at Topio, and CFO at SharkRack. Eric also has experience as a Manager at Arthur Andersen and as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP.

Eric Verity obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of the Pacific, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Eric Verity also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant in July 1992, although the institution that granted the certification is unknown.
